Trainee Technical Service Department - Manuals


Based on the existing systems prepare clear and easy to understand operating manuals for both warranty systems operated by KME:

Internal; Describe all the steps and options available in the Power9 “Green screen” to processes:

  • Rework set-up and handling (including warehouse processes,
  • Recall/FDM/FAR set-up and handling,
  • Claim judgement, adjustment and approval.

External; Describe the DealerNet system and usage;

  • Product registration,
  • Extended warranty registration and subsequent processes,
  • Claim submission, correction, adding photo’s, etc.
  • Coordination of the manual translation (Branch languages).

Related warranty processes;

  • Welcome letters,
  • Recall/FDM (Factory Directed Modification) letters and reminders,
  • “My Kawasaki” (If development allows).


  • Minimum Education MBO/HBO Education.


  • College or advanced college education, preferably automotive/engineering or journalism.
  • Good command of English.

Working conditions:

The candidiate receives a internship compensation.

The activities can be done partly from home.

Overige informatie
  • This position trainee is a temporary activity focused only and solely at the preparation of the warranty system manuals. These manuals are to be completed at the end of the term (= 3 months).
  • Trainee will work directly together with the TSD assistant manager and will discuss and conclude the activities as instructed/guided by him.

Our office is located in Hoofddorp and easility accesible by public transport.

We have plenty of own parking places available.
