Junior Proces Engineer - Injection Molder

As a Junior Process Engineer / injection Molder, you will contribute to the development, testing, and optimization of injection molding processes. You will play a key role in setting up new molds, performing test runs, and analyzing process data. Together with experienced colleagues, you will learn the ins and outs of the profession and grow into an independently operating specialist.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Assisting with test molding for new products and molds;
• Supporting the startup of production processes and process optimizations;
• Analyzing injection molding parameters and product quality;
• Reporting test results and contributing ideas for improvements;
• Collaborating with production, quality, and engineering teams.

• You have a vocational (MBO) or bachelor's (HBO) degree in mechanical engineering, plastics technology, or a similar field, or you have gained basic knowledge through work experience;
• You are eager to learn, precise, and have technical insight;
• Experience with plastic injection molding is a plus, but not required – we will train you!
• You have a hands-on mentality and are not afraid to take initiative;
• Good command of Dutch and/or English (German is also a great advantage).
