Location Manager – Housing for Temporary Workers

The Role:

As a Location Manager at EU Facility Services, you will live and work at one of our housing locations for international temporary workers. You are the main point of contact on site and ensure everything runs smoothly and safely, from arrival to departure.

You maintain a clean and livable environment, stay alert to what’s going on at the location, conduct room checks, report issues, coordinate with cleaning or technical services, and support residents with practical questions. Thanks to your efforts, people feel welcome and heard.

What will you do?

• Check in and out residents and give them a proper welcome on arrival
• Conduct daily checks on cleanliness, safety, and behavior
• Prepare rooms for new residents through light cleaning tasks
• Keep common areas tidy
• Carry out room inspections and handle any damages
• Act as the contact person in case of emergencies (according to the emergency plan)
• Maintain nightly registration and manage keys or access tags
• Be the first contact for technical issues and minor faults
• Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance, and other external partners
• Perform opening and closing rounds of the location
• Handle administrative tasks in Excel and Outlook

Strong social skills and flexibility are essential in this role. A service-oriented attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure are key to your success. In addition, you bring the following:

• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Polish, Spanish or Romanian is a plus
• The ability to stay composed and stand your ground in challenging situations
• Solid MS Office skills
• A valid driver’s license (Category B)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends
• A valid First Aid (BHV) and Fire Safety (BMI) certificate, or the willingness to obtain them through us
