Operator

At this company, you’ll have the opportunity to take responsibility as an operator within our high-end coating process. You’ll work with advanced machinery and play a key role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production. In other words, a versatile and unique position in manufacturing.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating, setting up, and monitoring production lines
• Identifying and resolving malfunctions
• Performing quality checks and reporting deviations
• Contributing ideas for process improvements and efficiency
• Recording production data and supporting with reporting tasks

• MBO level 3 (vocational education) working and thinking level in a technical field
• Proficiency in either Dutch or English
• Experience as an operator in a production environment or demonstrable technical knowledge
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency
• A team player with a proactive and independent attitude
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (Monday to Friday) At this company, we work in a 3-shift rotation. On Fridays, we follow adjusted working hours: the afternoon/evening shift runs from 14:00 to 19:00, and the night shift from 19:00 to 03:00. This way, everyone can start their weekend a little earlier.

You will be working for a global supplier of premium coil-coated aluminium. Coil coating is a process in which a thin sheet of aluminium is passed through a paint installation using a steel strip and then wound into a coil. This coil-coated aluminium is used in many industries, including architectural buildings, interior design, and transport and recreational vehicles. The focus here is on high-quality products — any desired colour or design can be created!

• A salary starting from €2,900 up to €3,455, including shift allowance
