Are you an experienced logistics professional who would like to take a leading role in emergency response coordination (BHV)? Then we have the perfect challenge for you!

Our logistics service provider, with a rich history dating back to 1890 and multiple locations worldwide, is looking for a Senior Logistics Employee who will also take on the role of BHV Coordinator for our Born site.

Your Responsibilities

You will combine your logistics work with an important role in ensuring safety within our location. Part of your time will be spent in daily logistics operations (order picking, packing, shipping) and part on BHV-related duties, such as:

  • Maintaining and updating BHV documentation
  • Planning and organising BHV training sessions
  • Giving toolbox talks
  • Acting as BHV leader in case of an emergency
  • Supporting the daily logistics process

The exact split between logistics and BHV tasks will be spoke about with you.

Functie-eisen
  • Proven experience in logistics (picking, packing, shipping)
  • Speak fluent English
  • Leadership experience is a plus
  • A valid BHV certificate is required
  • Experience as Head BHV or team leader, or a strong ambition to grow into this role
  • Availability of 24 to 40 hours per week

  • Hourly wage between €15.50 and €17.60, depending on experience
