Shiftleader Production

Do you have strong leadership skills and experience in production management? As a Shift Leader Production, you ensure that the production lines for fresh herbs run efficiently and effectively. You guide, motivate, and coach your team while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and results. Together with another Shift Leader, you oversee around 80 employees per shift and make sure that daily targets are consistently achieved. Your responsibilities as a Shift Leader Production:

• Leading and coaching Line Leaders, Operators, and Production Workers;
• Monitoring and optimizing production processes;
• Managing staff scheduling for production lines;
• Ensuring health & safety regulations are strictly followed on the shop floor;
• Driving continuous improvement through Kaizen and Scrum projects;
• Implementing and maintaining 5S standards in the packing department;
• Leading daily whiteboard meetings and reporting progress;
• Safeguarding communication between the production floor and office;
• Checking product quality and reporting technical deviations.

• Strong leadership skills with production experience, preferably in the food industry;
• Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving abilities;
• Experience in coaching, training, and team management;
• Strong focus on quality, results, and continuous improvement;
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments;
• English at B1 level and Polish language skills, Dutch is a plus;
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system.

• Full-time position of 38 hours per week (actual working time 34.2 hours);
• Direct employment contract with the company;
