We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated CNC Operator with 8–10 years of proven experience to strengthen our Finishing Department. In this role, you will independently set up, program, and operate multiple CNC machines with Siemens control systems, ensuring precision, efficiency, and consistent quality. Your expertise will directly contribute to the production of high-quality, wear-resistant components and support our ongoing process improvements. Your key responsibilities are:


  • Set up, program, and operate CNC machines (Siemens controls) independently;
  • Manage multiple CNC and NC machines to meet production targets;
  • Produce precision wear-resistant parts based on technical drawings and specifications;
  • Perform quality checks using advanced measuring tools to ensure compliance with strict standards;
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in line with 6S methodology and safety regulations;
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or World-Class Manufacturing (WCM) principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.


Functie-eisen
  • 8–10 years of hands-on experience as a CNC-Operator;
  • Strong experience with Siemens CNC control systems;
  • Proven ability to program CNC machines directly at the machine;
  • Technical education in metalworking or a related field (MBO level 2 or higher);
  • Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings;
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (early: 05:30–14:00, late: 14:00–22:30, night: 22:30–05:30, including a 30-minute break);
  • Flexibility to work overtime and support other departments when required;
  • Motivation to keep developing through internal training programs.
