As a Process Operator B, you will be responsible for monitoring, adjusting, and optimizing the production process. Your role ensures that production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently while supporting your colleagues in maintaining quality and performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating, supervising, and optimizing installations for separating plastics, fats, and proteins.
  • Adding and dosing chemical components according to guidelines.
  • Monitoring key parameters such as pH, temperature, and chemical concentrations.
  • Performing quality checks and analyzing samples.
  • Identifying and resolving malfunctions and irregularities in the process.
  • Collaborating with technicians, engineers, and production staff to continuously improve processes.


Functie-eisen

You have a strong technical mindset, problem-solving skills, and enjoy working in a team environment. Here’s what you bring:

  • Completed MBO-3 or MBO-4 in process technology, chemical technology, food technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in chemical or mechanical separation techniques is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of chemical dosing and handling.
  • Analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
  • Interest in sustainable and circular production.
  • Willingness to work in a shift system.
  • Experience with techniques such as centrifugation and filtration.
  • Ability to work with computer-controlled processes (PLC).
  • Familiarity with pumps, piping, and heat exchangers.
  • Ability to work safely with chemicals in compliance with HACCP standards.

  • Salary depending on experience: €2500 – €3,400 gross per 4 weeks (36 hours per week) plus shifts allowance.
